Manlius, NY — A Binghamton-area pot seller says he’s close to having all the approvals needed to open a temporary store selling marijuana products in the town of Manlius.
He plans to open at 185 W. Seneca St. in the coming days, as soon as he gets final approval from New York state and a local permit. He expects them in a few days, he said.
