Jennifer Ernst has been appointed vice president of academic affairs at Portland Community College. She serves as vice president of instruction and student services at Yakima Valley College. Ernst holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a graduate degree from Duquesne University, and an Ed.D. in community college leadership from Ferris State University.
