Amy Mast has been named executive director of state board relations for the North Carolina Community College System. She previously served as vice president of learning and development at United Way of Greater Atlanta. Mast holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology/anthropology from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, and an M.Ed. in administration, planning, and social policy from Harvard University.
