Mpoli Simwanza-Johnson has been named general counsel for the Colorado State University Foundation. She served as director of legal affairs at the University of Wisconsin Foundation in Madison. Simwanza-Johnson holds a juris doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
