Three Oregon laboratories who certify the potency of marijuana before it lands in consumersâ pipes and bongs are under investigation for allegedly doctoring tests to show a stronger high.
Thatâs according to the Portland Business Journal, which first reported Wednesday that Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission regulators have taken the first step to shut down all three labs, which represent about a quarter of such facilities in the state.
