New York City-based architecture firm A+I has two exciting positions available: an Accomplished Project Manager/Project Architect with a minimum of ten years of experience, expertise with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience managing project budget and schedules; and an Intermediate Architectural Designer with a minimum of five years of experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino and/or SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience producing detailed and coordinated construction documents.
Multidisciplinary practice Roger Ferris + Partners is in search of a Marketing Coordinator with at least five years of experience and a Digital Communications Manager with at least ten years of experience in Westport, Connecticut, as well as a Construction Administrator with at least five to ten years of experience in Bridgehampton, New York. Each role requires proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. The Construction Administrator should also possess knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit. All candidates must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and well organized.
In Los Angeles, Breland – Harper is hiring for a Senior Project Architect with over 15 years of experience. Strong applicants will be proficient with BIM and other 3D modeling software, and they will possess strong project management skills, expertise in building envelope and construction documentation, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Landmark Columbus Foundation is seeking a Partnership Officer and an Advancement Officer, each with three-plus years of experience, in Columbus, Indiana. The Partnership Officer should possess a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a collaborative team environment and experience in partnership development, community engagement, or program management. The Advancement Officer should be experienced in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit advancement. They should also be able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and possess a passion for community, art, architecture, and design.
