Newly-minted EPA head Lee Zeldin on Tuesday released a broad plan to take global leadership on artificial intelligence, simplify permitting, and create more auto jobs.
The plan, dubbed the “Powering the Great American Comeback Initiative,” is light on details, but offers a closer look at Zeldin’s priorities over his first 100 days.
Under Zeldin’s plan, those seeking to invest in and develop AI “should be able to do so in the US, while we work to ensure data centers and related facilities can be powered and operated in a clean manner with American-made energy.”
