STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — If you want to earn a six-figure salary, but don’t have a college degree, a new study is offering some positive news: There are several high-paying career paths that require limited training and education.

“The findings highlight how technology, particularly AI, is transforming the job market by opening up alternative avenues for career success,” noted Michael Guan, CEO of Final Round AI, an artificial intelligence platform designed to help job seekers prepare for interviews, which conducted the study.

“From enhancing access to training to creating new roles that prioritize skills over traditional qualifications, AI is helping individuals tap into high-paying jobs without the need for a degree,” Guan continued.

In order to identify these opportunities, First Round AI analyzed job listings on Glassdoor.com, including those that didn’t have any mention of degree requirements. And while a college degree is not necessary for these roles, some do require training courses or other certifications.
