Asana’s Julie Kinsella talks about her own career journey and shares advice for young professionals about trusting the process.

Career Close-up is our brand-new video series in partnership with ‌IDA Ireland where we chat to senior employees in some of Ireland’s leading multinationals about their career journeys within Ireland’s dynamic tech and science industries.

In our seventh episode, we spoke to Julie Kinsella, global head of sales development at Asana.

Kinsella said that her own trajectory hasn’t always been plain sailing and advised younger professionals to be understand that their career journeys may not always follow a straight line.
