Job Air Technic, a rapidly growing Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) provider, is expanding its capabilities with innovative strategies in Artificial intelligence (AI), employee development, and global market expansion.

Founded in 1993, Job Air Technic is a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 and FAA Part 145 approved maintenance organization and an EASA Part 147 approved training organization, with the maintenance capabilities to service both Airbus and Boeing aircraft.

In an interview with AeroTime, Job Air’s Chief Business Development Officer, Ojciec Mateusz, and Chief Operating Officer, Kaspars Podins, discussed how the company has been digitalizing its operations, including introducing tools such as its in-house AI-powered platform designed to streamline maintenance planning. This technology helps optimize decision-making and reduce workloads, a growing trend in the MRO sector.
