The Generation West Virginia Career Connector program offers two ways for employers to connect with more qualified talent around the state: through our job board and Generational Talent Search recruitment services.
Career connector job board
The career connector job board is a free service for any WV company looking to expand their team or fill open roles. To post a job, companies can reach out to the career connector team by providing a copy of the job description, salary range, and high quality logo.
Our Career Connector job board reaches a wide audience. Thus far in 2024, we have had almost 17k views on our Career Connector page. Each position we post on our job board gets on average 80-90 clicks.
One of our recent job seekers stated, “It can be difficult to weed through job listings on larger sites and having a resource that focused on retaining and highlighting West Virginia’s talent and opportunities made me feel a lot more empowered to stay here after graduation. Growing up in West Virginia, the narrative of success is often placed upon leaving the region to find better opportunities.
