This year’s job fair at the Amway Center on November 16, 2018, from 11 am until 3 pm promises to showcase some of Central Florida’s top employers.

I attended the TATECH Conference which bought together job boards, technology companies, recruitment marketing agencies and talent acquisition managers from around the world. Here are a few of the categories and products that I thought were interesting.

The day of the phone call or email for the initial reach out to a job seeker is over. With a 97% open rate, you know when you text someone, they will look at it within seconds and respond.
