Jersey City just made a major breakthrough just below the Pulaski Skyway, but it has nothing to do with Jimmy Hoffa.
The city’s first cannabis business — a medicinal dispensary — opened its doors this week at 220 Broadway, in an industrial area in the shadow of the Pulaski Skyway, not far from where the famed Teamsters union boss has been rumored to be buried.
