It was all smiles at the Harmony dispensary in Secaucus on March 1 when the company became the first in Hudson County to launch recreational cannabis sales.

Shaya Brodchandel, Harmony’s CEO at the time, was clearly thrilled as he worked the store floor, calling it a “huge achievement” after five years of operating as a medicinal marijuana facility. As a steady flow of customers strolled in and out, Brodchandel touted future plans to expand in Hudson County.
