Braylin Laster has been appointed associate vice president for institutional advancement and resource development at Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis. Laster holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lane College in 2017 and an MBA from Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee.
