Frank B. Ashley III has been named acting dean of the Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University. He served as the executive associate dean and senior professor at the school. Ashley holds a bachelorās degree from Louisiana College and a masterās and doctorate from the University of Alabama.
