DeWitt, NY – It’s been a long wait for Jonathan Maxim, who first announced his plans to open a retail recreational marijuana dispensary last fall.
Maxim, who once taught special education in the Syracuse City School District, was among numerous potential marijuana sellers who needed final licensing approval from the state.
