We spoke to over 130 Central Florida talent acquisition and human resource managers and asked them what keeps them up at night when it comes to hiring. We compiled the top 10 since misery loves company. 

This is the 9th year that our staff reached out via phone to 135 human resource professionals, talent acquisition managers and business owners to get the “inside scoop” on what really is going on with employment in the Orlando MSA. 

The 9th Annual OrlandoJobs.com Employment Survey, in which phone interviews were conducted of 135 companies representing 19 sectors and 227,000 employees, finds good news in hiring across all employment sectors.

Recruiting is a sport.  Companies who are in the “top echelon league” (Google, Facebook, Disney, etc.), with tremendous social following and national notoriety, have very successful social media recruiting strategies to find great talent.

Fake news is becoming a huge thing today in America.  If you hear a news story, there is a chance that it may not be true; especially in the political world.

If you are engaged in a job search and sending out numerous resumes and applications without hearing anything back from the employer, you are not alone.
